Opening for the Cleveland Sustainability Showcase.
The "Harmony Park" Community Garden is at the southeast corner of the intersection of Bellflower Road and Hessler Court. To the entertainment of the workers closing down the 2003 Hessler Street Fair on the evening of Sunday May 18, Hashim El-Ra-Mun played his unique ethereal music.
Now Hashim will be back in the Hessler neighborhood!
Hashim (aka Eugene A. Harris) has played at Cleveland State University, Cuyahoga Community Collage, Karamu Cultural Arts Center, the Cleveland Rehabilitation and Special Care Center and other locations where his soothing approach is an addition. A winner of the Tri-C League for Innovation art competition, Hashim El-Ra-Mun finds symbiotic inspiration through music, storytelling, poetry & art.
